How to Prepare for Your Foot Zone

Do your research to find a good foot zone practitioner. Ask for recommendations from others who have had a good experience with theirs. A good foot zone practitioner has worked hard to learn and understand the zone to be able to help you receive the most benefit from your foot zone session. It is important that these treatments be administered by a certified foot zone practitioner to experience the full physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

A foot zone session usually takes place while sitting in a comfortable chair and typically takes anywhere from about forty-five minutes to an hour and a half depending on your current state of health. Multiple and consistent sessions are recommended in the beginning to reestablish the body’s restorative process. After this, you will be able to work with your practitioner to determine a schedule based on your individual needs and overall health.
